Observation

After completing the complaint assessment, licensor Severson determined there was enough information available to indicate, more likely than not, a violation occurred as the Director did not follow mandated reporting for the incident involving inappropriate physical discipline by a teacher, with a child in a classroom and not reporting it within the 48 hours or sooner per WAC.
